Hello,

If the subscription is not upgraded, Themler should still work but without updates.
As for the export issue.
1. Please try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall and also add-ons for the Safari browser on your computer and try to run Themler once again and export the theme.
2. If the error still appears, please try saving to a different location, like Desktop.
3. Try to export with "Include Content" option enabled/disabled. Is there any difference?

If this does not help, please try to open it through a browser using the link like this one (the numbers replaced with XXXXXXXXXX are individual and are the same that are in the folder with themes):
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/
Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export. Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Same issue here. All exports are 13 bytes in size, no matter what content I add or not. I've attached mine to for reference.

I'm trying to export from the MacOS app to a live wordpress site. Can you please look into this as soon as possible?!

Thanks!

trassel1978,

Could you please specify your OS?

joost.de.kruijter,

The theme is not exported or downloaded completely, that is why the archive is broken. Please try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall and also add-ons for the Safari browser on your computer. If this does not help, please backup the themes and try completely reinstalling Themler and export anew. Let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hi Nettie,

I tried reinstalling and disabeling my antivirus and firewall. No result.

I've managed to workaround the export by location the wordpress installation on on my harddrive and manually copy the theme-files. This worked!

Still i'm wondering why its not working. I'm on a mac with MacOS Sierra btw.

joost.de.kruijter,

Did you please try saving to a different location, like Desktop?

Also did you please follow this steps mentioned several posts above: please try to open Themler through a browser using the link like this one (the numbers replaced with XXXXXXXXXX are individual and are the same that are in the folder with themes):
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/
Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export.
