Hi,

Please try to clear the sure cache. If that does not help, try to switch off all the plug-ins to see if that helps.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi,

Themler is compatible with Safari and iOS and themes are working fine usually. So that's why I was asking you to switch off the plug-ins to see if one of them is causing the issue.

Sincerely,
Hella

Theme issues on iPad and iPhone often come down to how the layout handles mobile Safari and iOS-specific constraints. Checking responsive breakpoints, viewport meta tags, and CSS media queries is a good starting point, since desktop themes can break on smaller screens. JavaScript errors that only appear on iOS can also block proper rendering, so testing in Safari developer tools helps. Another angle is iOS system restrictions, especially when users try customizations after desbloquear iphone, as modified system settings can affect how themes load and behave. Reviewing theme compatibility with current iOS versions and running a clean test on an unmodified device usually gives clearer answers for clients waiting on a fix.
