Support Desperately needed after 2 weeks unresolved

I have a Private Ticket below that has an issue that your developers are 'looking at' however it is now 2 weeks overdue

I am desperately trying to get a resolution to my problem which has been identified as an issue that Themler needs to look at but the delay is now causing my business and that of my clients much pain

In an attempt to get some answers I am raising this public post which I did not want to do but I feel I now have no choice.

I have used Themler since the Artisteer days and have always supported and praised it for its support but this issue if not resolved could mean I have to rethink using Themler in future which would be a disaster so could someone please push the private post above to a resolution.

Ajax is not working for the Themler Template but is for the protostar template

See any product as above using protostar and as you select a size ajax refreshes whether the 'add to cart' button appears

Please note that because of the Ajax issue I have had to put the VM Component into Catalogue mode. Please be aware of that if you are testing as you will need to turn the store back on before testing.

Hello Richard,
we need some more time for resolving that. It's not Themler bug or problem. This is the question of compatibility of one of numerous plugins/extensions with Themler theme.

Unfortunately, I have no solution to give you.

The team Themelr is competent is surely will solve your problem, the worry with them is the delay.

They do not understand that it is our job, that we do not do it for fun and that we must respect deadlines vis-à-vis our customers.

i have this solution for you, do not use themler in detail views only

go to detail view, and delete all controls, add custom code cms

take all from components\com_virtuemart\views\productdetails\tmpl\default.php

try to solve aspct with css

I find it shameful on behalf of the Themelr team not to solve your problem in a short time.

They say it's not Themler the problem but a third plugin, I do not agree these plugins work perfectly with other theme, but not with Themelr, I've already had personally the case.

Hi,

Unfortunately we cannot solve all problems in a short time. Ыometimes you need to wait a little longer, depending on the workload of our developers.
They fixed the reported issue with a third-party plugin and the fix will be available in the next Themler updates.
