Messages "#HttpErrorMessage200PHP", "PHP Error" (on Linux) and "FIle upload failed" (on Windows)

In Linux (working on localhost):
When I opened "http://localhost/themes/Untitled/editor/app.html" appears this message: "#HttpErrorMessage200..." (I attached an image). After, when I try to save a change, appears a PHP Error. (I attached an image too)

In Windows (working on Themler software for Windows):
Appears the message "File upload failed" when I try to "create a new theme" (I attached an image)

Hi,

Unfortunately the reported issue is not quite clear to me.
As i understand you're working with local webserver on Linux system and you're trying to install themler theme and load Themler, right?
Please make sure that /themes folder has recursive read-write permissions. Also please make sure that you have PHP 5.4+ version installed on your server.
