I can't use this program on my MAC

I get this message: Unable to run Themler for wordpress.

Reason: ERR_CMS_INSTALL_FAILED.

Please contact support.

I have uninstalled and re installed but I still get this error. Help

Hello, Please try the following: 1. Back up all the created themes if there are any. 2. Completely remove Themler and check the "Remove CMS Content" option. 3. Download and install Themler anew and let us know the result.
