Hi,

The Horizontal menu control displays subitems on hover by default.
In the same works Vertical menu.
This is default functionality which does not require any additional settings.

Could you please describe in some details the issue you faced with menu. A few screenshots or a link to the problem page should be helpful.

Thank you,
Olivia

No, it doesn't work.
I have to have the same effect like e.g. https://goo.gl/O2VPJN
without clicking but only move the cursor over menu I want to see submenu.
I have enabled Hover Transition feature.
Please give me a full instruction what should be enabled or disabled.
You haven't given us a documentation so I ask for full guide.

Hi,

Please provide an access to the site back end so we could review the settings. Case is private now. Submenus do appear on hover in Themler menu by default.

Sincerely,
Hella

I use Themler on XAMPP on the virtual machine, because your "installation" version doesn't work well. I have had many problems with it.
I'm guessing that I'm not alone with my problem, so please create screenshots and paste here.
And please disable "Private/Support"

Hi,

The issue is related to some specific settings and we need to review them. Please export the theme with the content and editor included and attach it to the ticket.

Sincerely,
Hella

Please describe which one?
I want to be able to do in next project.
And I don't want to export/import content, because I work on one instance from the beginning to the end.
Again: please disable "Private/Support"

Hi,

OK, case is public. But I can not help you if you do not provide a theme. The menu should auto drop-down by the default, that does not require any additional settings. So if that is not working on your end, then you have added some strange settings and we'll need to find them. I can not tell what you have done without looking on your theme. Or we do not understand each other and you need some other functionality.

Sincerely,
Hella

So please put here screenshots with good/default configuration, because it is strange for me that you make such difficulties with it.

As you can notice in 1.jpg I'm on O NAS site and I move cursor over menu ZABIEGI. Then below ZABIEGI should be visible submenu. I have to click on ZABIEGI then submenu appears.

I have to have the same effect like e.g. https://goo.gl/O2VPJN
without clicking but only move the cursor over menu I want to see submenu.

Hi,

Looks strange. Maybe the submenus do drop down but are covered by the image. Please click on the Horizontal Menu control, when it's options appear on the top ribbon, click on any more options button in the options and then the right panel will appear. Set the z-index value to some high value like 10000. If that does not help, then go to each control that includes your menu. On the bottom of the application screen there will be a path like breadcrumbs (Header >> Section >> Container >> Horizontal Menu). So click on Container first, do the same operations with z-index, then on Section and so on. If that still does not help, attach your exported theme as this problem is theme-specific and it will be easier to review the theme settings than guess what options to edit.

Sincerely,
Hella

I did like you had suggested without problem-solving.
This is a bigger problem than I thought.
Now you have a hard nut to crack!
Please contact with Aileen (your collogue).

Now I know why you don't have a documentation of your software! Because this is a test not final software!
You are testing it on us (customer) for our money! It is not fair!
