How to make themler recognize my WordPress liscence

I have a WordPress licence but each time i open themler i cant save and its requesting for licence for saving. P.S i did log in

The subscription will be activated within 24 hours.
There is a problem with sending order information from BlueSnap payment gateway to our internal system. We'll fix the issue asap and activate subscription.
