create theme for Themeforest

Hi,

In general yes, you can use Themler to create themes for Themeforest. The only problem is images from our media library (BillionPhotos). You can't use them in the themes that you're going to redistribute.

So, if you created a theme by yourself and this theme does not contain our images you can use this theme where you want (upload themeforest and other theme stock).
