I could really welcome an explanation of where I can insert a horizontal menu , do I need a section to insert into or a container to insert into
and also how I position the menu accurately on a page
I have created a new theme and managed to insert a horizontalmenu ... and sllocat it at backend... but when I return and switch to phone mode to change the size of the text.. the horizontalmenu has changed to a mobile menu... so I thought all was ok ... but when I published and tested on a phone, I could see the mobile menu but it did not launch anything.... can you tell me what additional steps I need to launch items
