Hi,

No, we do not create themes. You can use some WP plug-in to implement the form easily.

Hi,

Unfortunately there are two options only: use default Themler styles for form (Input and Label styles are available under the Design tab >> More Styles) or create form manually. Unfortunately Themler does not provide send email script for form control.
