Hi! I've just bought Themler, downloaded it and the run, but nothing happens! The program installed and run is "themlerstart.exe", but it brings a new firefox window! What's happening? I've uninstalled it but again the same behaviour!

Attached the file with diagnostics. The only error I see reported is about Chrome, but in the instructions I saw that firefox is also supported!

Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
2. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

3. If they exist, remove them.
4. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
5. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
6. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,
BillionDigital Team

Hi!
I've followed all instructions but still the same problem. Instead of Themler opens Firefox.

Hello,

Is Themler opened in a Firefox window or is it an empty window? If empty, please press F12 >> Console and let us know the error message.

Hello,

Please try to open it through a browser using the link like this one (the numbers replaced with XXXXXXXXXX are individual and are the same that are in the folder with themes, like C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx):
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/

Try different browsers like Firefox, Chrome. Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hi!
I uninstalled Themler, and then installed a previous version of Themler I had, previously installing Chrome. It run now, and also I have installed new updates and run it from Firefox. Everything is ok now, even after I uninstalled Chrome. Perhaps the test should have been trying to install the newest version with Chrome in my system, but I did not think about it at that time...

I installed the newest version on a different computer that had Chrome as default navigator and it went ok, so perhaps is the Chrome a condition sine qua non Themler cannot be installed?

Thank you.

Hello,

Yes, looks like this - as a rule, Themler installs all the required components and runs in its own Chrome by default, but something may have blocked it from installing. Anyway, thanks for letting us know. Please feel free to contact us in any other case.

Nettie,
