I have a paid subscription to Artisteer, Billion Themes, and Billion Photos. If I want to get a paid subscription to Themeler, do I have to pay again to be able to use photos from Billion Photos in the Themeler themes?

After purchasing Themler subscription you'll be able to use those pictures for your projects.
