Hello! My projects are beeing held hostage right now by bugged Desktop Themler Software.
If I try to export my WordPress Themes as zip, it is exported as 13 byte file.

Facts:
- exports any projects as 13 bytes zip's
- latest (1.0.319) Version of Desktop Themler is installed
- Antivirus is uninstalled
- WP Subscription is active
- no difference if content attached or not
- different save path doesn't do any difference

Any ideas? It is really frustrating, since I cant go on working.
Thank you
Mari

Can you guarantee, that my projects will not disappear? Only reason I didn't try this step is, that I think to remember, that my projects were removed last time I uninstalled themler.

Hello Mari,

Please make sure to backup all the created themes from the folder on your computer, the path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS. Or click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder. Please try completely uninstalling Themler and also remove Themler folder from the Mac library. Then temporarily disable antivirus and firewall, download and install Themler for Mac anew.
As a temporary solution, you may copy the theme manually from the mentioned folder with themes, zip the theme and install on your hosted website.

Sincerely,
Nettie,
