Themler Works Slow - in HTML - Desktop version

I have been worked with Themler in HTML / desktop version - surface pro 3 - i5 and in macbook pro 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 - NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB and the program runs very slowly on both computers, it is extremely slow.

When i change a field i have to wait 4/5 seconds to update the field name and when i save the project it takes 30 seconds.

What are the minimum requirements to work with Themler? I need to make any configuration to work or the problem are in the capacity of the computers?

Hello,

Please try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall, and also proxy firewall if there is any. Also check if there are some third-party applications that may slow down Themler, try temporarily disabling them. Let su know the result.

in my mac i have Firewall down and dont have antivirus installed.... and i format the MAC this days... so is clean..

So, i dont see why this problem appear....

Hello,

Does the issue appear with any themes including new themes?
The issue can be related to internet connection or some proxy or VPN activated.

The problem appear all the time... with all themes,

My connection to the internet is very good!

I dont have VPN.

All the programs that i have work very good with internet connection, only the themler is slow when save, when change the field name, when change the view of the sections, ... is slow when work the program.

Why do you ask "Does the issue appear with any themes including new themes?"
The New Themes are more fast or slow?

Hello cdanielsampaioc,

I think you need to add another 4GB ram to working with themler more perfectly. At previously I faced this problem & I changed my laptop. My present configuration are bellow & now working fine than before. However you need to remember that themler is not faster like Artisteer. Really themler is a slow software in the world, I don't know what action they take to make it faster in near future.

Core-i3, 2.3GHz
HDD - 1TB
Ram- 8GB (DDR4)
6 Generation N Processor
Graphics Card - 2GB

Hello,
actually new themes are faster because they include minimum content and only few images.
I'd like to say that theme may also works slower because of large images or third part plugins used in CMS or if remote file is loaded via custom code. Something like that.
