Cannot scroll Bootstrap Modals (with long content) in Mozilla Firefox

Am having problem scrolling bootstrap modals in Mozilla Firefox. I have looked around for a solution in bootstrap, and finally concluded that its my template. I also noticed that i can not zoom in or out when am in Mozilla with Ctrl Button and Mouse wheel. Please help. Am using Mozilla Firefox 52.01 and Drupal 7 CMS.
