Themler does not appear in the Module List in Prestashop

The documentation shows the first step is to install the Themler module on Prestashop by going to the modules & services and typing in Themler - this does not pull up the Billion Digital module shown in the documentation file. Is the documentation outdated?

There should be Themler module after the theme is installed and configured properly:

Please make sure the settings in admin are defined as following:
http://answers.themler.com/articles/3829/how-to-use-prestashop-theme#features_of_using
