Hi,

we are a webdesign agency.

So can we use Billion Themes, Billion Photos and (later) Themler without restrictions on creating individual web designs and templates for our clients?

Hi Tammy,

thanks for your answer. And we saw your License Agreement.

We only create themes (include the photos) only for a client website (yes, the client pays us…) and not for selling or offering to others to use, e.g. like download portals.

So, we understand your license terms correctly, that we may not use any photos or themes for (only) our clients??

Hello,

Sorry but it looks like you have interpreted it wrong. According to our License Agreement, you are allowed to use the Images on websites (for you and your customers).

Please see a complete quotation:

BillionDigital hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable sublicense to use, reproduce or display the Image the ways below:
1. On websites;
...

Please note paragraph 15 of Restrictions. So, if you create an individual template containing images from BillionPhotos, for a customer - it it OK. But it is not allowed, to offer it for distribution or sale to third parties (except for offering the themes on templates.themler.com). As far as I have understood, it is not your case, as you create websites and templates for individual clients.
