After opening themler, and importing a theme from billionthemes.com the software crashes.

It doesn't matter if you use v349 or v364. It happens with both.

We get the white popup with: "127.0.0.1:12080 reports the following: Sorry, error occured. Your project will be restored."

The last part is just a joke.

It will get you in a loop, and nothing will work anymore.

Even if you download a theme from billionthemes.com, and want to open it in Themer it gives you the same error

Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Also please let us know importing what exactly theme caused this issue.

Sincerely,
Nettie,
BillionDigital Team

Hello Nettie

That will then be the 4th time I do this.
I've done this several times before, because the problem keeps showing ip.

It was even me who gave you guys the solution for the backup of the themes, because a couple of month's ago nobody at Themler knew the answer.

Hello Seppe,
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but sometimes we're facing with problem which reason is not clear and thus we cannot find a solution. In this cases we're trying possible workarounds to help our customers as we could. You're facing with one of such issues.
So Id' recommend that you open Themler in browser using the link like this one (the numbers replaced with XXXXXXXXXX are individual and are the same that are in the folder with themes):

http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/

Please let us know the result.

regards,
Aileen
