sometimes when i export a HTML project Themler the file only have 100K, so the ZIP isn't export correctly.
Can you explain what happen?
This occurs many times... when i export the project correctly, the files have 4 MG.

Do you work with Themler for Windows? Please try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall and other third-party applications that may block/corrupt the download. Also some third-party add-ons enabled for the Chrome browser on your computer can matter.

In this case please also follow the suggestion as for antivirus, firewall etc.
Additionally, please try the following:
1. Make sure to enable cookies in Safari browser, disable third=party add-ons for the Safari browser if there are any.
If this does not help,
2. Please try to open Themler through a browser using the link like this one (the numbers replaced with XXXXXXXXXX are individual - try Live Preview to see exact numbers):
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/
Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export. Please let us know the result.

i use MAC and firefox - I uninstall the Malwarebytes and export the files - 6MG size. The project is correctly exported with the themler - THE FILE IS rifiol.zip (in photo attach)
BUT
Then i export another without themler and the project only have 103k !!!!! Was not exported correctly... (teste.zip in photo attach)

I CLOSED THE PROGRAM open again and exported the project and have a file with 6MG
I can not miss the error to find out what is wrong!!! So i dont understand that!!!
I THINK i have to close the program and open and export....

No, there should be individual numbers for your Themler instance. Try Live Preview in Themler and copy the link, than modify it to the view like above.
Looks like in your case the link should look like http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_3691299925/startup.
