When I add a section, why does themler add it every other page and not just the page I want to add it too? I remember coming across this pitfall the first time I build my site can you remind why this is? and how to resolve it please? Gosh its like walking through the dark wood all over again and falling in all the same traps. Wish you guys published a book or some online training that was up to date would be sooo helpful. ( im guessing that the soft ware changes so often that it would be out of date and a thankless task).

Hi,

1. To center the subitem text go to Horizontal Menu >> Subitem >> Text and choose the desired align icon.
2. You need to add the section into the green area of the desired page, the green area is the content of the specific page. You might inserted it into the blue area. The blue area is the part of the particular template and all pages using that template will show that section. The orange area is shared on all pages of your site (that is the header, footer and sidebars).

The question about the headings is not clear. You want to define styles for each heading? Do that under the Design tab.

On my contact page I have added a section from themler, can you see the GREEN EMAIL BIT, how do i change the colour from green to another colour and up/over and click states for this email? please.

How Do I add a read more link to a page so that I don't have to have the full text on a page.... as you can see from the attached this page text is quite long and would benefit from a 'read more link' at the bottom of the first Paragraph. I don't need it do go to a new page but just EXPAND ON THE SAME PAGE.

Open Design tab >> More styles and there you may configure the settings of Headings. The styles set here will be applied everywhere in theme where Headings are added

Click on the text which options you'd like to change. So corresponding control is selected, open its options and under Text tab change the text color
If you cannot handle with it please provide access to the Joomla admin back end.

How Do I add a read more link

The read more tag is added to the article in Joomla. Then in Themler to make this tag working the Post Read More control should be added. It could be done on Blog template.
In your case the Post template is used. The Post Ream More control cannot be added there.

How to I add Video in place of an image, I clicked on add video but the video is not connected to the image box, and when I move the section the video gets left behind. Is there a way to add video directly from youtube link. via the add image.

The read more tag should be inserted inside Joomla when editing the article. Then it should appear. If it does not appear, then open the Blog template inside Themler, open the Posts control options on the top ribbon and use add control >> Read more option and drag it inside the post content area.

We need an access to your site back end to be sure and check the settings. As I can suppose, those menu items do have submenus and under the Horizontal Menu control >>> Mobile Menu >> Submenus option you have Expand on Click option. Choose the Expand with Reload.
