Hello, I have a question! Why the menu is not migrated to the new pages that I create in the panel joomla.

Hi,

Please make sure that you added menu control into the shared area (header or one of the sidebars) with orange borders. Most probably you added the menu to the blue template area. In this case the menu is a part of the current template and will not be visible on other pages which use different templates.
