Product Add to Cart not working on Themler Website

Hello Support,

I have a customer complaining that a old website I built for them over a year ago is now not letting them add products from the product page. I am getting the error that the theme files are not compatiable with the new update, as it is a major release.

How can I fix this? I can't even upload into themler as I no longer have the original themler file seeing as this is a year ago.

Please response ASAP.

Hi,

The support for the new Woocommerce 3 version is included into the latest Themler beta update. You need to update the theme. But if you do not have the editor included in your theme, then you'll need to recreate the template.

I happen to find an old version of the theme and updated. Thank you.

This could be an issue for clients who don't have themler.. just an FYI

Hello,

Thanks for letting us know. We understand that on the customer's website Themler is not included but it is recommended to have a backup copy of each theme made with Themler, exported with Themler included, to have the possibility of further editing the theme in any case.
