hi I paid €129 euro for themler and now you are asking me to pay €49 to upgrade my licence i already paid for the product thats totaly unfair i will report this to consumer watchdog I was under the asumption that €129 i paid was for the product for life and i also bought artisteer before also

Hi,

According to our records you have expired Themler Pro subscription (exp. at December 11, 2016). Toy can no longer upgrade Themler but you still can use Themler (save and export themes). Themler subscriptions work just like Artisteer licenses. Where exactly we asking you to pay $49?
