Is there a daily download limit for tempolate downloads as ive downloaded about 10 and now its asking me to pay?

Yes there is a limitation to download 10 themes and 100 photos per day.

It this rule only for your designed themes or my designed themes count in those 10 ?
Or to ask with other words, can I work on my theme, from time to time upload to my notebook and see how it llooks ?
After all we need to check from time to time results. Do you have download limit in such case ?

You can download your themes as many times as you need. That limitation is applied to the themes located on the templates.themler.com site that are included in the photos and ARTX files subscription.
