1 Updates in desktop Themler

Hi, I seem to get the same "1 Updates" warning each time I open Themler on my desktop (Win10), despite having installed the latest Themler update (20 April 2017) twice now. This is valid both for selecting WP and Joomla templates.
Is this warning an update to the individual CMS you are using, or should it be common to all templates in Themler?
Any ideas?

Hello,

Each theme is updated separately, so you can decide when to update a specific theme. You can check the version of the currently selected theme in your profile in the top right corner.

Thank you for quick response Nettie.
I was not thinking of "each theme" but "each CMS" as I am using the Desktop version of Themler, and this pops up when I select Joomla or Wordpress before accessing the actual theme. Hope this is a bit clearer?

Best regards,
Hans

Hello Hans,

As there are different themes in each CMS (though they can look similar if they are default themes), then yes, they should be updated separately. If there is an already modified theme saved under a different name - there should be an update notification for it, and after you update it, save it. When you run Themler and open the same theme next time (select it in the theme management screen), the theme should already have a new version and no new update notification should be shown (until there is some other newer version available).

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Nettie,

Will look further in to this, and provide feedback when I have had the time to do so.

Best regards,
Hans

Nettie,
Your explanation solved it, as I overlooked the fact that this warning would be valid for each theme, regardless of CMS.

Thank you.
