Please provide more details. You have Themler themes exported without editor or what? Actuallhy you can not simply copy some files and edit the theme in Themler.

If the theme exported with Themler it contains one important file called project.json. This file is individual for all themes and contains all theme settings like included controls with their ID, settings, etc. Without this file and some other files the theme cannot be opened in Themler for editing.
As I understand you lost all your themes with Themler somehow? And you did not make backups?
If so then themes cannot be opened back in Themler. There is no way to restore lost project.json.
