Hi,

The front end themes usually do not provide styles for this login form. Joomla provides own styles in the /templates/system/css/offline.css file. Please make sure that this theme exists on your server.

Thank you,
Olivia

У меня то же самое. Joomla 3.7 не берет почему то стиль из системной папки /templates/system/css/offline.css.
Вернулось все на место только после копирования offline.css непосредственно в папку шаблона.

This theme exists... How can we fix it?

Solved: copy the file offline.css that is in the directory \templates\system\css to the directory \templates\themler-template\css. This should take care of the situation.

Hi,

I've found the same issue on joomla bug tracker:
https://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/15614
Looks like this is joomla bug.
The copying the file into the theme folder/css fixes the issue temporarily.

Thank you,
Olivia
