Please, how can I do in order to highlight an image in a card dessign as in this website http://www.whitefrontier.ch/
Also, I can't (again) use the system fonts in Themler even I followed your suggested process of clear font cache and activate Flash on Chrome.

Hi,

To achieve the same result I suggest that you try Hover Box control (Insert tab >> More). For example, add two images: one dark image for Back Slide and light image to the Over Slide. Then change the Motion settings to Fade. This should help.

Are you sure that flash plugin is working ok (it is enabled, updates and allowed under the Chrome settings)?

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi,

Looks like the policies regarding Flash have been changed in main browsers recently. For me Chrome is blocking Flash despite of allowing it in Settings. As a possible workaround, try opening the theme in Firefox at least for selecting a system font. Firefox tries blocking Flash, as it is outdated, but it also doesn't allow updating the Flash plugin considering it vulnerable. And this is possibly the reason it cannot be activated globally in Firefox settings. But it is possible to enable the outdated one when opening a particular theme in Firefox. The point is to allow the plugin several times (4 times) before it is finally allowed. Please try to follow the same steps:

  1. Open the theme in Themler using Firefox. You will see the first warning:

    i442.png

    Click "Allow".

  2. The second warning:

    i443.png

    Click "Allow and Remember".

  3. The third warning:

    i444.png

    Click "Allow".

  4. The final warning:

    i445.png

    Click "Continue Allowing".

The page is refreshed. This should help.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

For highlighting an image in a card design like on WhiteFrontier’s site, you can use CSS techniques like overlay effects, box shadows, or slight scaling on hover. A good approach is using position: relative with an ::after pseudo-element for subtle highlights.

When we needed a refined and engaging website layout, we turned to web design perth agency. Their expertise in UI/UX design helped us achieve a professional look with standout visual elements. If you're struggling with design issues in Themler, it might be worth consulting experts who can optimize your site's aesthetics and functionality.
