I use it on Mac when I go to export it, it comes up with the prompt, I click Ok but I do not get the save location to come up.

Please try to open Themler through a browser using the link like this one (the numbers replaced with XXXXXXXXXX are individual and are the same that are in the folder with themes, at the bottom of the Theme Management screen when you choose some CMS):
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/
Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export. Please let us know the result.
