Probem php memory

Hello,

i have a problem, i have just upgrade to Joomla 3.7, and i havent check before is there was an update of Themler.

No, i have a php memory limit error when try to open Themler. But the memory is good on my server and never have this problem before.

it seem there is no stable update now ? Because i want to install a fresh template and when i try to open, same problem...

There is Beta which can be marked as Stable if no new issues will be found.

You can't download beta version from the Themler.com download page.

Hello Frederic,

This is an update from server and not a new installation file or new theme zip. Just update a new or existing theme where you work at it (for example, in Themler desktop or on your server) by clicking "1" in the right circle - this is the update notification on the top right when you open some Themler theme. As this is a Beta update, make sure to have Beta updates enabled in your profile.

If you updated theme to the latest beta and something is still not working please create a new private topic and provide more details about the issue including screenshots and access to the CMS admin panel so we can check the issue.

The issue does not happen on our end. Possibly there are some third-party plugins or components that are related to the issue - could you please try temporarily disabling them and let us know if this makes any difference?

No plugins is installed on the site. The page is in the projection phase..

Hi, this is really strange with beta update. I installed a page withe latest Version 2 weeks ago on my server and exported to another Hosting company. Now i can not start theme here and also i got no backups. So right now there's no access to install updates:-(
How can i get Beta update or fixed files on that version to get system running. ?

Hi,

Strange that there is no theme saved as back up in the admin panel. Please download the current theme from the FTP and attach it to the ticket.
