Hi,

Is there any error message? You are using the desktop version or exporting from the live site editor? Please try to disable all the anti virus applications, browser addons and site plug-ins (if working on the live site).

Sincerely,
Hella

Hello,

You work on Mac, right? Please make sure to backup all the created themes from the folder on your computer, the path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS. Or click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder. Please try completely uninstalling Themler and also remove Themler folder from the Mac library. Then temporarily disable antivirus and firewall, download and install Themler for Mac anew.
As a temporary solution, you may copy the theme manually from the mentioned folder with themes, zip the theme and install on your hosted website.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

sarabenettolo,

Additionally, please try the following:
1. Make sure to enable cookies in Safari browser.
2. Please try to open it through a browser using the link like this one (the numbers replaced with XXXXXXXXXX are individual - try Live Preview to see exact numbers):
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/

Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export. Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Maybe reinstall will help some time later. In case it does not, please use this method to export.

Hello Jacques,

Did you try the complete reinstallation with removing all Themler traces from the Library? The reason for the theme not exported from Themler directly can be a conflict with some third-party program or some Safari-related issue. Anyway, when you run Themler through a browser, it is just an alternative way, it is fully functional.

Nettie,

Hi Nettie,

Yes functional bypass.

My experience:
I reinstalled after removing all Themler traces from Library.
Started a new template and still no export possible.

The most strange thing is that it just occurs after the latest update. a few minutes before, with the old version, it worked correctly. In those few moments nothing was added or changed, just the update.

Thanks for your support

Hello,

We have checked the issue with Themler for Mac for Joomla with the latest Themler update and couldn't reproduce the issue. However there was a similar issue with Themler for Joomla on some servers that is fixed, and the fix will be included into a Beta update soon. For now please use the solution mentioned above and for the future please update Themler, this can help.

Nettie,

I'm having the same issue - May 28th 2018 - running on a Mac Pro and trying to export an HTML template. The workaround mentioned above does work when accessing through a browser. As a note, when using the above "workaround" in safari I get the error that I have cookies blocked. I do NOT have cookies blocked however... When I use the workaround in Chrome, all works fine.

Hope that helps get things sorted out. This was my first time using this software. I would like to use it more but only if it works smoothly.

Thanks
Rick

Hi,

It may work better in Chrome as we are using webkit as the framework for Themler.
