We are sorry for delay. Could you please create a new private topic and provide temporary access to your website for investigation?

Hi,

I'm having the same problem with several "older" themler templates. The Edit Template button gives no response.

Is this issue solved through a private ticket??

Regards,
Ger

Hi Ger,

Please create a new private topic and provide the access to the admin panel of the website with the issue. We'll fix it.

Thank you,
Olivia

I forgot to close this issue here as it was resolved in a private thread.

The problem had nothing to do with Themler. My security people decided it was a good idea to place an .htaccess file in the /templates directory of our Joomla site which contained a "deny from all *.php". They did this without my knowledge, so I never even bothered to look there :)

Thanks to the Themler team for helping me troubleshoot!
