Hallo. Ich habe einen Fehler gemacht.
Themer Pro 181617 hatte ich schon gekauft.
Dort hätte das Update gereicht. Jetzt habe ich ausversehen eine neue Version gekauft. Hier möchte ich vom Kaufücktreten und nur das Update für die Version 181617 beziehen. Bitte geben Sie per Paypal die differenz zurück und schalten Sie auf meine alte Version das Update. Themler 215978 kann gelöscht werden. Danke

Instead of the partial refund we can extend your Pro subscription for one more year.

Hi,

Unfortunately I cannot make partial refund from our payment system because of the following error returned by PayPal:
Error returned from PayPal's RefundTransaction API: Because a complaint case exists on this transaction, only a refund of the full or full remaining amount of the transaction can be issued

Did you open complaint case? I can make full refund and then you can purchase the upgrade again if you want.

Done. Now you can purchase Pro upgrade from the http://themler.com/Purchase page >> login >> click upgrade next to the existing Pro subscription in the "License information" table.
