Hello themler,

1) Big problem on the server. Every time I want to open a theme after updating it, I have the same message: sorry an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache. About Safari, and Chrome

2) I installed a Joomla to no longer depend on server and when I export I have a zip of 4k so empty which besides does not work!

  • The server no longer works as before.
  • The Mac refuses your soft
  • My server only exports empty zip.

What do you suggest?

Pascal

Hello Pascal,

  1. Do you mean the local host or the theme cannot be opened on your server?
  2. Could you please provide some details about the issue on Mac?
  3. This issue was related to the v.367 update. It is fixed and the fix will be included into the next Themler update. Meanwhile please try to access your theme folder using an FTP client or Total Commander, zip compress the theme folder and install/import it where you need.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hello Themler,

message: sorry an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache.

On your server! Not on my computer.
Step by step
I opened a theme.
I changed my theme
I registered my theme
I updated my theme
I export my theme
I closed my theme

I wanted to open the theme and this is what happens every time since the last update.
It is your worry (The last update)

Thanks
Pascal

Hi Pascal,

Please try updating to the latest Beta. This update should include the fix for the issue with export on Joomla. Let us know if the issue is still present after update.
