I have the business edition and would like to upgrade to the pro. I used my artisteer license but didn't realize I couldn't upgrade until it was too late

I have Business edition and wish to upgrade to the pro edition (with discount), however, I keep getting this message:

I have an Artisteer license that's still good as of 11-16-17. I put in my Artitisteer license and it said:
Serial Number has already been used. To upgrade with discount please contact to support.
Please let me know how to proceed using the latest Themler.
Also how do I create a private post for you with my Artisteer license number for you to see?
