I have an themler e-commerce edition and i would like to upgrade this to a Pro edition. Is this possible. I am willig to pay the extra $40, but i am not willing to pay $199. So please let me know what my options are?

I have Business edition and wish to upgrade to the pro edition (with discount), however, I keep getting this message:
Serial Number has already been used. To upgrade with discount please contact to support.
Please let me know how I can upgrade.

I have an Artisteer license that's still good as of 11-16-17. I put in my Artitisteer license and it said:
Serial Number has already been used. To upgrade with discount please contact to support.
Please let me know how to proceed using the latest Themler.
Also how do I create a private post for you with my Artisteer license number for you to see?
