I have been working on a project for months and it is time to install but when I attempt to install the ZIP file to Joomla 3.7 it gives and error ...

Can't Open Archive
Can't find Install Package

I've checked permissions and all is good.

I had an older version of the template before the last update and it installed fine.

HELP!!!

I took a template that was v355 and exported it to Joomla Zip File. The resulting file was 8151kb. Then I updated this template to v367 and exported it to Joomla Zip file again and the resulting file is only 4k.

Please fix this ASAP.

More discovery...

I ran the Themler desktop application and imported the older, working version (355) of the template. Then I clicked "Update" and exported the new v367 version of the template back out to my hard drive and it looks like it worked.

So the question is, is there an issue with the online version of your product when it comes to exporting the template to a Zip file? Please fix this ASAP.

Hi,

We're aware about this issue. It should be fixed in the upcoming beta update this week. In the meantime please download the theme folder manually by FTP and compress it. This method should work.
One of our customers reported that he found the full archive in the jooma tmp folder after failed export.

Thank you,
Olivia

Temporary solution: http://answers.themler.com/questions/130337/solution-for-export-joomla - it's work for me. So you can export Themler theme even without editor.
