I do not use a proxy server is disabled.
I've included them in the antivirus but it does not work.
If I open cms with html5 the tools to work i see them but if i go on wordpress by cms I see the website i'm working full screen without tools

If I open with cms html5 works if i open cms with wordpress it opens the site directly

If open cms version Joomla works....

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Themler for Wordpress and create a theme.

You have copied the theme in the step 1, right?
Now you may try to put them into the same folder, then restart Themler. The themes may appear in your Theme Management screen. If they do not appear, just zip-compress the themes on-by-one, then create a new theme in Themler and choose File >> Import ZIP, then save the theme. And so for each theme.
