I am trying to achieve what is in the attached image Objective.png
I have manipulated the product slider in various ways but unable to achieve it.

I will like to display the Products Slider in 2 rows and 2 columns. As you can see it is in 2 columns but I can't get it to display in two rows. I need 4 items in that position. How do I achieve this with the Virtuemart Products Module?

I also do not see a Product slider module in the Virtuemart Modules. Is this something I have to download separately?

Hi,

Please try the following solution:

  1. add VirtueMart Products module. It uses Themler Product Slider automatically.

  2. set the number of products per row

    vm-products-module.png

  3. set the number of columns under the Template settings:

    vm-products-module-2.png

  4. make sure that Themler settings are empty:

    vm-products-module-3.png

Thank you,
Olivia

This worked but this is what is happening. I want to create different instances of the VM Products module on the homepage.
Though I have duplicated the current working one and assigned it to a different position, It does not show on the front page. The header of the module Right1C - Sweet Grocery shows but not the content part. Why. Can you let me know how to make other instances of the VM Products module show?

Note: Note other modules show at the same position when published

Yes this module works with even the beez3 template. I have been able to create several instances of the same module published them at various positions and they work perfectly. But when I switch back to themler template, then some show and others dont show.

Hi,

Since the last time of our communication we investigated this issue and found a problem in Themler themes.
The fix should be available in the future Themler updates.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi,

For now you can switch off the caching for modules (VM cache option in the module settings). The permanent fix will be available in the next update.

Sincerely,
Hella
