Any fixes for Magento to run

Hello all, I am running Windows10 and I cannot get Magento to get past a blank screen or the Error for printing screen. I've re-installed numerous times, tried to install on Windows 8, 8.1, and 10, yet nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.

You did answer by saying to reinstall. However I have re-installed over 10 times per your advice. At this time I would like advice from the community, perhaps they have options that will make Magento work for me. Thanks

Ok, please let us know if there are any additional questions relating other way such as installing a Magento theme on some host and working at it.
The dafult Themler theme for Magento for installation can be downloaded at http://themler.com/download
