Hello. I was working on a project nonstop since the last two hours, when Themler suddenly crashed giving me an error code (which, unfortunately, I did not write down as it was very quick) and saying Themler had to restart. When it did, I as given the option to restore my work through the auto save function. So, I clicked restore, and was quite surprised to see ALL my work had been wiped clean. Nothing had been restored at all and the autosave function apparently works worse than a square wheel. That, or the restore function fails.
I am pretty aware that there is probably nothing at all that you can do for me, and that I will have to lose two hours more worth of time just to bring my work up to speed. I am also aware that, due to Murphy's Law, by the time I get the work done back it is quite possible that this issue will happen again.
I hope you manage to fix your problem. I hope I can still find myself using Themler in the future, because if this happens once more oh am I done.
Thank you!
