Hi,

The section above the footer has the fixed height value set to 400px. Remove it and then the layout should be fine.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi Hella,

I want the section above to have that height, and there are no limits on the size of a page. The section height was set in laptop mode, not mobile mode.
The footer should always be stuck to the bottom, and in fact, I chose that setting.

So please give me another way to fix it, or fix it for me.
And explain how to make different settings for laptop and mobile views.

Hi,

OK, then open the page in Themler and switch to the phone view and set the height for that section to auto. Let me know if that helps.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi
I have the same problem on a customer's Joomla site. The page I am working on to find a solution is at http://palliserridge.co.nz/the-gazing-places-nga-matakitaki/kaikoura-lookout-matakitaki-kaikoura/

This problem is evident on all 'page' template pages. The home page is not affected to the same degree.

They are maintaining it themselves and have asked me to look into this problem.

If I disable the footer, the backlink section still overwrites the central section. If I disable that for mobile then there's no problem, but the customer wants the footer section to appear on all 'page's. I could kill the footer and add the contact info on each page, but that is not a good solution for future pages.

I have have tried setting the section that the footer is overwriting as auto height but that makes no change
I have inspected the layout and can see no mobile settings that would cause this.
I have tried about every other adjustment and setting on all the elements that I can think of and have run out of ideas.
Can you give me some other hints please?

Everything works fine in all other display modes, but as soon as I move to mobile, the layout breaks.
The central section containing the text is overwritten by the footer and backlink blocks.
