No I don't like to install chrome please give me solution with firfoxe.
No I don't like to install chrome please give me solution with firfoxe.I think that Themler better optimized for Chromium engine, so keep it mind.
With FF try to disable all addons or reinstall FF at all (newest stable version). Disable antivirus, firewall. Check folder permissions.
Check all from list: http://answers.themler.com/articles/65488/troubleshooting-read-first and http://answers.themler.com/articles/13879/themler-desktop-troubleshooting
The best way to provide more info (IMHO): record the video with all steps from links above.
Hope this will help.

I have the same issue, except with Chrome. When I attempt to open Themler it loads a grey, blank Chrome page. I need to update my WP theme and this thing won't run.

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress
.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler
4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

The complete reinstallation like instructed above helps in many cases. But the reason can be different so there is no universal solution. Could you please attach the log file created after reinstalling Themler with Themler Diagnostics Tool according to this instruction:

Okay, I'll bite and give this a try. But before I do, I have a little backstory and three questions that may effect the success of this attempt.
I've been an Artisteer user for years. In 2015 I upgraded to Themler on the condition I could continue to use Artisteer in situations where Themler wasn't a good option for me because of its restrictive requirement for online operation. I tried it once and it worked but I didn't like the fact that it was more cloud than desktop app. So, I went back to using the last version of Artisteer and left Themler alone.
The evening I posted my comment above, I needed to fix a template for one of my podcast sites that required more flexibility with responsive functionality than Artisteer allowed. So, I tried to run Themler and got the blank grey screen in Chrome. (I don't like Chrome and this proprietary propensity to push users to one browser over another alienates me as a user). Simply put, the thing won't run.
Keep in mind that I paid good money for something that worked only one time and was never actually used. Now, I need to fix this, my update subscription has expired and the only advice from the good folks at Themler is to completely remove it and install the latest version of Themler.
So I have three questions. First, since I have to install the latest version, does this mean am I going to have to pay out AGAIN for another subscription update so I can download and run a working copy of this thing just to find out IF (and that's a big if) it resolves the issue?
Second, IF I do this, will it screw up Artisteer, which works just fine and is my only fallback if this proposed fix for Themler doesn't. In other words, will uninstalling and re-installing Themler affect the operation of Artisteer in any way, shape or form?
Third, IF I do all that, and it doesn't fix the problem, do I get my money back? (I think I already know the answer to this one, but I'm giving you folks the benefit of the doubt).
Thank you.

Hello Rick,
Sorry for delay and thank you for explaining the situation in details.
The solution with reinstallation should help in your case, judgin by the description. However, indeed, unlike Artisteer, there is no list of older installation files for Themler where any older version can be downloaded. That is why do not uninstall Themler now if you have no older installation file kept. Please try opening Themler with a browser (Chrome or Firefox) using this link:
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_2852982436/startup/
Please let us know if the issue persists.
Talking about uninstalling and reinstalling Themler - it does not effect your Artisteer installation at all. It is independent.

The link you posted did open Themler. It was very slow to load, but it finally did. It displayed 14 thumbnails of untitled theme projects pointing to the /wordpress/themes folder on my local drive. However, only one was a thumbnail of an actual theme I created for my son's web site, and when I clicked to open it, instead of loading the finished theme as depicted in the thumbnail, it opened as a general template, with none of the banner graphics or layout of the theme I created. I'm not sure what's going on, but I sure don't like it. What happened? Is my theme gone?

Hello,
Could you please try to access C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_2852982436\wordpress
folder in a regular way, zip it and attach to this support ticket. Also - what happend before Themler stopped opening initially? Were you in the process of working at your theme at that moment?
Sincerely,
Nettie,
