Hello,

Will the upcoming updates bring new features or will it always be the bug fix?

Hi.

Thank you for update.

Actually v.367 not major (no new features, just improvements), but minor update. And v.379 is bug-fixes.

As Themler team written here: in future plans is only improvements and fixes. It's important to work on software stability, but hope that major updates with new features also will be.

P.S. Is blank themes (http://themler.com/Download/Joomla) updated to new v.379?

Thank you for the bug fix update. This is the big and important part of developing software. Do not listen to those who want the new features and complain about that each update.

If you would like to charge us 2x the amount for this to be able to develop new features more quickly then by all means go ahead and I for one will be happy to pay that small fee. Otherwise please focus on fixing and improving before adding new features.

I really like working with this product and am happy to support the project.

Is it normal not to answer the questions asked ?

Will future upgrades bring new features?

Thank you for answer.

This question asked several times and here is a answer:

We are working on another product, but we do not intent to stop
support and improvement Themler. Currently we temporary stop creating
and incorporating new features into Themler, and we're working on the
improvement of existing functionalities and common stability. Each new
feature brings some issues related to compatibility and production,
thus we've made a decision to еemporarily suspend them. We appreciate
all customers comments and requests and adding them to the special
wish list to return to them later. So we do not lost anything. Then we
discuss new possible features taking into account users votes for them
and move them to implementation plan. Unfortunately not all requested
features are added to Themler, sometimes technical or compatibility
issues arise. The beta and final Themler updates takes significant
time because changes and fixes often depend on each other and we need
to collect all of them which are planned for certain update and test
and several levels. Thank you for all your comments you also post in
the Themler update post. Let us know if you have additional questions.

And I'm agree with Dave: it's very important to improve stability. And new features in each update just bring more bugs. But from other side: more time given to new project, so just hope that Dev Team will be back to work on Themler on full time :)

I paid a license and this license included upgrades with patches and new features

It's not my problem if they work on other projects.
They finance their project with the money of Themler, it is not correct!

So here is it: v.379 with fixes (patches).
Can't find in License Agreement that new features must be in each update.

In 2016 there been attached topic with new features list and everyone coluld vote for feature he like. Many of suggested feature now is in Themler. But software stability is an important part.

Where is the update available for download? I tried downloading the latest Mac build from the Themler home page, but that still links to the old version, 1.0.319. I'm having real trouble creating a functioning DNN skin in Themler 1.0.319, and I'm hoping this update resolves the problem. Thanks!

Sure.

But first of all I want to test one strange thing on fresh new version without possibility to update it from previous version.
And second - this is more comfortable to start work with new version.

This "another product" is waste of time. Dont know why they lose time on it.

Many of Themler users don't want to learn how work with Themler, what is Bootrstap, Grid system, basic CSS options etc. They want create "awesome" websites with few mouse clicks. Sad but truth.

So this "new product" for this kind of users...

And yes, I think this is wrong way: create this "new product"... there is already many SaaS alternatives, but Themler is unique.

IMHO need to focus on Themler, on its usability and optimization and position Themler as professional product for users who know something about web development and design or want to learn.

Themler is great product and save a lot of time... there no need to know all CSS/HTML tricks, LESS, JS, PHP, MySQL etc... but need to know basics.

I tested it and was not impressed at all. But OK, man on the other side told me it is only beginning and will be very different when finished.

All of this (or almost all) I see in Themler. Shame they gave in for very beginners. They could solve it with better documentation and video tutorials.

Or even one On/Off switch in Themler. You click to Off, and Themler GUI interface switch to beginners mode. In beginners mode you can assume people dont know how to use "CMS control". Hover box, shortcode control and many others. Remove all Posts options and give them only prepared layouts, etc...
