What are the chances of getting my money back? I am disappointed in your time to solve these problems. I had a project that was canceled because I could not move forward because of the shopping cart problem. I lost money and time. I want to quit Themler and get the refund.

We are very sorry for such delay. The issue should be fixed in the near future.
I'm not sure if a refund is possible as your latest subscription expired in January 2017 - even before the issue itself took place. Still we would like you and all our customers to be happy with Themler, so please allow a little more time till the fix is available.

It's almost two months since this post. enough time to be resolved, I think. In an online store that is not up and running, it is a great loss of money, and a deadlock on its construction.
As for refund, I know I would always lose, even if you gave me the whole of it.
Right now, I'd be grateful if you'd give me at least the value without the upgrade.
I await a brief solution, otherwise I will be in my right to demand a refund since I invested in something that I thought could solve my problem in building magento sites.

To be able to develop in Magento a Pro license is required. Pro license holders are paying the most to use Themler and expect critical updates to be completed in a timely manner.
As an artisteer customer for many years i saw the same happen when Artisteer was dropped for Themler, now i suspect the same is happening again, Themler being dropped for something else.
It has been two years since Magento 2 has been out and there is no support for that, still nothing only "there is no demand for magento 2". I call bulls**t.
Adding new js to the checkout template should take a magento developer 5 mins, not two months.
There are other magento theme developers on the market like template toaster that support magento 2. Time to move pro licenses.
Sorry Themler but any product or service without support isnt worth anything in the IT world.

Two more weeks since my last posting, and you still do not have a solution.
I cannot go further, I can not do anything ... Unfortunately, I go ahead and I'm going to leave Themler. I hope you understand and give me back my money.

Our developers have provided files with the workaround so that you do not need to update the theme.
1. Unpack the attached .zip somewhere.
2. Copy and replace opcheckout.js to skin/frontend/default/{ThemeName}/js/.
3. Copy and replace payment.phtml to app/design/frontend/default/{ThemeName}/template/checkout/onepage/

where {ThemeName} is the name of your theme.

Has this been tested?
Upgraded to 418 with Form Validation Enabled prevents items being added to the cart.
Please urgently fix.
