Sections Not staying in one place

Hi I reported this before on an e-mail but it seems to have vanished. My 2nd section is going UNDER my Banner section It's like my banner section keeps floating on top of it. You can see it in the passive section that I have a video and a two column page and you can see it in y active section that it has gone under the first section that holds my banner. I don't understand how this has happened. It just did.
Could you please help.
The first screen shot is the static page and the 2ndf one is the dynamic page.

Hi,

You have a lot of positioning set to absolute value in your theme. That is not a good practice for the layout, especially when it comes in responsive. In you case please open the Header control options in the right panel and set the Position value to relative. And avoid using the absolute positioning in the future.

I did change it. But it is still having the same effect.

Could you please attach the edited theme. The old theme феесрув to another ticket looks just fine on my end.

The first thumbnail is the " inactive theme on the side" you can see that there is a section with a video. The 2nd one is the actual live theme. The video section is under the banner and if I delete it the section which has three columns moves up and underneath it.... ( the banner section)
