I have Themler, and havent used it for a while. Now when I try to open it, it does nothing.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hello,

Thanks for the log file. Were there any changes in the system before the latest start of Themler? Please check date and time settings in the system, the date and time should be correct. Let us know if the issue is still present.

I am not sure if there was. The last time I tried to start Themler was a couple of days ago. So, I am guessing there probably was.

Hello,

Did you please check the settings in the system mentioned above? If so, please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Yes, please follow these steps to upgrade with discount:
1. Open http://themler.com/purchase and you will see on the top your expired subscription
2. Click "Upgrade" button next to it.
3. You will see the price for upgrade for your subscription.
