Hi.

Why can not I log in from my other computer to my account?

I have a laptop and I also work outside my office. I have tried to log in to my account, but I get a message from the wrong name and password ??

What can I do????

One more problem.

I have made the theme on your desktop computer with Win7. I have tried to bring the theme (html5) laptop computer with Win10. This indicates that the zip file can not be imported. What is the problem?

Hi,

If you're trying to import exactly HTML theme then please make sure that you exported HTML theme with Themler. You may encounter the described issue if you exported theme without Themler. Such theme cannot be opened in Themler again.
