Olsen Theme Wordpress - I cant use the menu

Hello everyone!

I installed the Olsen theme for wordpress.org and everything is ok except the menu. They show up when I mouse over the title, but disappear as soon as I attempt to click one of the items. And in the mobile version it doesnt appear.

I'm not sure that the theme was created by Themler. Please provide more details about the theme.
