Ok, a read this article, before ask this question, but please explain me, more detailed what this mean "NOTE: The folders should be merged with the /app and /skin folders already existing at the destination."

Hello,

When you copy your theme as instructed, you will be asked what to do with /app and /skin folders folders and files in them because folders with these names already exist at the destination (in Magento). You can select either do nothing, or replace, or rename or merge. Please select merge.
