Go under the Home >> Settings >> Backlinks to remove it.

How can i change text wordpress theme created with themler ?

Hello,

To add the author, on the Home tab >> Settings enable the option "Show Author backlinks" and fill in the author, URL etc.
Product Backlinks cannot be changed but can be disabled there.
Also, consider using Text control to add any desired text into the Footer.
